(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch and records management system implementation, and support service. – Assist the agency's Department with the selection, implementation, and support of a new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS).– The consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, assisting with procurement and contract negotiation, overseeing the implementation process, and providing post–implementation support.– Conduct a thorough analysis of the current CAD and RMS systems– Engage with key stakeholders, including dispatchers, officers, administrative staff, and IT personnel, to gather requirements and identify pain points.– Provide a detailed report summarizing the findings and recommendations for the new system.– Provide a comparative analysis of the proposals.– Monitor the implementation process to ensure it adheres to the agreed–upon timeline and budget.– Ensure that all system integrations, data migrations, and customizations are completed successfully.– Provide training and support to ensure that all users are proficient with the new system.– Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and documentation.– The consultant must have extensive experience with CAD and RMS systems, preferably within law enforcement agencies.– The consultant must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
