(1) Vendor needs to provide VMware vSphere foundation license renewal service.– Provide VMware vSphere Foundation (VVF) subscription licensing for 288 cores.– Provide continued licensing, software updates, and technical support for the County's existing VMware virtual infrastructure, ensuring the ongoing availability, performance, security, and management of critical systems and applications.– VMware vSphere Foundation provides enterprise virtualization capabilities that support the County's existing virtualized server environment. – The solution includes VMware vSphere, VMware vCenter Server, and associated components included in the manufacturer's subscription offering.– Software Updates and Technical Support.– License Renewal and Access(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
