TARTA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide a complete rehab of our rooftop parking deck. Interested and qualified contractors are invited to submit their proposals through OpenGov by the deadline listed in the posting. Proposals should include a detailed pricing breakdown of all project phases. As well as a project completion schedule. According to TARTA's policy and procedures, any construction project over one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) will require a project labor agreement (PLA).
