(1) Vendor needs to provide web development, database management and technical support services• Ongoing support for Building Performance Ordinance (BPO) administration, including maintenance of a customer relationship management (CRM) database: –– Email and Phone communication tracking– Direct email generation– The ability to run standard and customized reports• Help Desk and Program Management services to support building stakeholder compliance and understanding of all relevant BPO–related information;– Help Center Administration: – – Connected to the Help Center, the consultant will manage all communications to and from a single master email account and a 1–800 number directed to all Help Center staff.– All phone calls and emails received through the Help Center will ideally be answered directly or responded to within 24–48 hour– Web–Hosted Interactive Map. Provide a web–based interactive map, which allows users to view building compliance statistics, The map will provide enhanced visuals, comparison capabilities and reporting beyond the City’s current ordinance map.• Design, publication and ongoing maintenance of individual building owner portals with all relevant BPO information data; and• Design, publication and ongoing hosting and maintenance of a one–stop shop or Resource Hub website for all existing and future building policies and programs.– Database management and CRM for commercial/multifamily Building Performance Standards and Benchmarking and website design/ongoing maintenance for a multi– policy and program government website(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
