Description
The work to be done consists, in general, of roadway widening on Phoenix Lake Road, drainage improvements, HMA overlay, installation of radar speed feedback sign and erosion control. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $713,600 The DBE contract goal for this project is: 9% The Bidder is referred to Section 8, “Prosecution and Progress,” of these Special Provisions which allows sixty (60) working days for completion of the work. Liquidated damages of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) per calendar day will be assessed for each day of delay in completion of the work.
