BANKING-9156 - USA (Downers Grove, Illinois) - Deferred Compensation Investment Management Consulting Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide deferred compensation investment management consulting services to the government authority located in Downers Grove, IL.– Investment services based upon the best practices in plan design, investments, performance and education; and, to assist all Village employees in achieving retirement income security while enhancing design andinvestment fund performance to participants while also reducing the fees paid.–  The Agency is seeking services of a co–fiduciary and investment advisor for Plan oversight, investment selection and monitoring of the 457 Deferred Compensation Plan(s).– The Consultant will review all current Village vendors to determine performance and fees.– The Consultant will make a recommendation(s) to the Village on strategy for 457 Plan administration, consolidation of vendors and improvement of fees paid by participants.– The Consultant will provide communication strategy to help Village employees achieve retirement security.– The communications to the employees should be a combination of in person education and virtual communications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
