Vendor needs to provide modern web portal development service using CMS. – The new portal shall present existing and newly introduced information and services in a clear, intuitive, and well–organized manner, enabling users to quickly and easily access the information they need through an attractive, functional, and user–friendly interface.– The new, customized Content Management System (CMS) shall be developed to enable the creation, updating, and deletion of content across all sections of the APC web portal, including both newly developed and existing sections, thereby allowing administrators to effectively manage website content and information.– The existing CMS supporting the current web portal shall remain in use for the duration of this assignment.– The CMS shall also provide access to system logs and database records, enabling the main administrator to monitor and review all actions performed by portal administrators through a comprehensive audit trail.– The website must be SEO optimized, with the obligation to constantly monitor the level of optimization (the minimum desired score is 80/100).– The web portal must have the ability to display content in both letters of the native language (Cyrillic and Latin), as well as content entry and display in English and Albanian.– The CMS solution must also have a responsive design for all screen resolutions and must be devoid of browser incompatibility for all used internet browsers.
