Vendor needs to provide occupational therapy services to the government authority located in Beckley, WV.– Providing occupational therapy services to students determined to need occupational therapy in order to benefit from special education.– Providing consultative services to special education teachers and staff for appropriate follow–through of students' occupational therapy programs.– Assisting in screenings or evaluation for students who may have characteristics consistent with the need for occupational therapy services.– Attending a monthly meeting with the special education coordinator and occupational therapy staff and provide progress notes each grading period.– Provide an overview of your organization, including experience in developing and implementing occupational therapy service plans to support diverse learners.– Outline how the services will be administered, how individualized instruction will be delivered, and the support services offered to educators.
