DISPOS-9896 - USA (Norfolk, Virginia) - Excavated Material Disposal Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide excavated material disposal services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.• Fill material debris is defined as excess soil and includes, but not limited to sand, gravel, clay silts, foams, and natural material with less than 10% of the material being trash, litter, organic matter, concrete, and asphalt.• Fill material shall be measured and paid based on a per ton basis.• Concrete may include reinforcing steel and/or welded wire fabric. Concrete may include less than 10% trash, litter, organic matter, and fill material. Concrete debris shall be measured and paid on a per ton basis.• Asphalt may Include a limited amount of concrete, stone base and soil. Asphalt shall include less than 10% trash, litter, and organic matter and fill material. Asphalt debris shall be measured and paid on a per ton basis.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
