Painting, Maintenance and Repair Services (Including Caulking)

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide interior and exterior painting, exterior pressure washing, water proofing, caulking, and sealant of City facilities, on an as-needed basis. Painting substrates include steel, plaster, metal, brick, aluminum, wood, gypsum board, galvanized metal, concrete, fiberglass, exterior insulation and finish systems (EFIS), or cinder block. Some jobs may require sandblasting, scraping off, and removing lead based paint. The City of St. Petersburg will qualify six (6) responsible and responsive vendors. At a minimum, three (3) vendors will be Small Business Certified with the City of St. Petersburg, and one (1) vendor will be lead-based paint certified. When projects arise, the City of St. Petersburg will reach out to qualified vendors for quotes. The lowest and available qualified vendor will be awarded the project.
