EQU-18832 - USA (Newington, Connecticut) - Statewide Farebox Upgrade Project Services - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide farebox upgrade project services, new system, at a minimum, shall consist of integrated fareboxes that are capable of accepting electronic fare payment, distribution, collection and processing system to the government authority located in Newington, CT.– Integration with Vehicle Systems: Including CAD/AVL via Ethernet, supporting single sign–on with onboard equipment.– Cloud–Based Central Data System (CDS): To manage devices, assign fares, integrate financial transactions, manage communications, collect transaction data, track fare media inventory, provide database reports, and other central data services.– Support for Various Fare Policies: Ensuring compatibility with all existing and future fare policies at transit agencies– The Farebox System shall have a >95% accuracy for all registering Fareboxes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for five years.
