(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study service to the government authority located in Richland, SC.• Agency is seeking a qualified consulting firm to complete a comprehensive classification and compensation study• The goal of the engagement is a classification framework that gives employees clear career paths, pay ranges grounded in reliable market data, and written guidelines the Library can use to manage compensation fairly and consistently going forward.– Classification and Career Structure• Build a classification framework for the Library that organizes positions into logicalgroupings with defined career paths and levels.• Place every position and employee within that framework, giving the Library theopportunity to review and confirm placements.• Identify inconsistencies in titles or leveling and recommend corrections.• Produce refreshed job descriptions for all positions that the Library can maintain goingforward.• Job descriptions should include clearly identified essential and marginal functions,minimum qualifications, authority, accountability, supervisory responsibilities, and theestimated percentage of time devote to each major responsibility.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
