(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding services to the government authority located in Toppenish, WA.– Secure on–site shredding services to properly purge and destroy sensitive documents.– Paper shall be shredded to particles measuring 1 millimeter by 5 millimeters or smaller.– Includes shredding of all paper–based media and similar materials.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
