(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental landscaping services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. • Mowing, edging, trimming.• Leaf and debris blowing.• Litter picks up and disposal.• Mulching and tilling.• Plant installation and maintenance.• Seeding and sod.• Aeration and dethatching.• Fence line maintenance and clearing.• Pressure washing.• Irrigation system repair.• General grounds site improvements.• Tree pruning and planting.• Tree stump removal.• Debris: Prior to each mowing, the successful bidder will remove all debris including, but not limited to, all paper, cans, bottles, bottle caps, sticks, etc. that would create a mess or danger when struck with maintenance equipment.• Clean up: Sidewalks and paved areas must be swept or blown clean upon completion of maintenance operations.• Quality of Service: To ensure a quality cut and maintain a professional appearance, all mower blades will be maintained sharp. All mowing will be done so as to prevent any damage to existing lawns. If any damage occurs to the existing lawn, the Contractor will repair the damage, at their own expense, so that restoration is as close as possible to the original condition.• Scheduling: Scheduling of services shall be coordinated through the Maintenance and Facilities Department, Attention: Jacob Donnell, Chief of Operations or authorized designee.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
