(1) Vendor needs to provide nutritional and supplement service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.• Provide Nutritional and dietary food products and dietary supplements, such as powdered and liquid formulas for essential and non–essential nutrients, vitamins, and dietary management.• Many of these products are specifically designed for newborns, the elderly, or people who have deficiencies in vitamins, proteins, or other nutrients due to medical conditions that need a specific supplement on an ongoing basis.• Standard Oral Nutrition– ENSURE, ORIG INST ARC 3+flavors*– BOOST, 3+flavors*– High–Calorie / High–Protein Oral Nutrition– ENSURE PLUS, INST ARC 3+flavors*– ENSURE PLUS, RTD 3+flavors– BOOST PLUS 3+flavors*– BOOST, VERY HIGH CALORIE 3+flavors(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
