(1) Vendor needs to provide governmental affairs and lobbying services to the government authority located in Prattville, AL.– Legislative monitoring:– Monitor legislation, proposed legislation, regulations, and administrative actions affecting.– Identify legislation that may have a financial, operational, regulatory, or policy impact.– Provide timely notification regarding significant developments.– Legislative advocacy:– Advocate for legislation, appropriations, grants, funding, and policies identified.– Assist in developing legislative strategies.– Assist in arranging meetings between City representatives and state officials.– State funding and appropriations:– State appropriations.– Infrastructure funding.– Transportation funding.– State and federal agency relations:– Consultant shall assist the city in establishing and maintaining relationships with appropriate state agencies, departments, boards, and commissions.– Identifying appropriate agency contacts.– Facilitating meetings.– Strategic governmental affairs:– Legislative priorities.– Municipal issues.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
