(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Bronx, NY.– Download electronic bank statements in a format that can be imported into Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.– Operating checking accounts utilized for daily deposits and disbursements.– Dedicated accounts for flexible spending funds, lease security deposits, and capital expenditures.– Money Market Account.– Internal fund transfer capabilities between bank accounts to support cash management activities.– Online banking access for account monitoring, transaction processing, and reporting.– Corporate credit card program administration.– Access daily account reporting, including beginning ledger balances, ending ledger balances, collected balances, and available balances.– View images of deposited items, including deposit tickets and supporting documentation.– The bank provides a daily lockbox deposit report detailing all payments processed through the lockbox.– The bank also provides an electronic transaction file containing payment details for each deposit.– The electronic transaction file is uploaded into the financial management system to facilitate automated posting of payments to customer accounts.– Online payment platform provided by ZEGO (formerly PayLease) to submit maintenance fee and other account payments. – The platform is integrated with Yardi property management system, enabling payment transactions to be transmitted and posted automatically.– Cash receipts occur daily and are received through the following channels:– Lockbox deposits– Online payment platforms– Internal fund transfers between bank accounts(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
