(1) Vendor needs to provide community health workers (CHW) training providers services to develop, provide, and evaluate high–quality training, education, and professional development for community health workers (CHWs) and CHW supervisors as essential components of CHW workforce sustainability. to the government authority located in Wisconsin.• Increase understanding of CHW roles and scope among care team and organizational staff as well as improve supervisory and organizational support for CHW team members.• Increase CHW workforce development, infrastructure, and sustainability by building individual and organizational capacity• Develop a process or platform for documenting CHW core competency training completion.• Coordinate training offerings to ensure alignment with established statewide CHW Supervisor peer groups for ongoing learning, resources, and support.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
