(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise data platform.– The platform is cloud–native and delivered as a Software–as–a–Service or vendor–managed service; on–premises–only solutions are not responsive.– The platform ingests, stores, indexes, and analyses geospatial data alongside non–spatial enterprise data within the same governed environment.– The platform generates and manages an enterprise metadata catalog and maintains end–to–end, column–level lineage– The platform applies dynamic data masking and tokenization to designated sensitive attributes without requiring duplication of datasets– The platform operates on a 24x7x365 basis with high availability and disaster recovery meeting.– Provide native capability against PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MariaDB sources through vendor–supported configuration or graphical interfaces, without requiring extensive custom development, and without placing intrusive query load on the source database.– Support business event–triggered data refreshes initiated through APIs, messaging services, webhooks, event streams, or equivalent cloud–native mechanisms.– Support ingestion pipelines that execute in parallel, and dependency–driven orchestration that releases downstream jobs as soon as their prerequisite data is available rather than upon completion of all upstream processing– Support data contracts and metadata–driven ingestion.– Automatically detect structural changes in source systems and notify designated users.– Provide native workload management that prevents individual users or processes from monopolizing platform resources– Automatically classify enterprise data based on configurable policies, and support metadata tagging and labeling.– Support configurable stewardship workflows, data ownership assignment, and certification of trusted data assets(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for one year.
