(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary ticket sales services to the government authority located in Oregon.– Required to purchase a minimum of 5,900 football season tickets.– Per season ticket seat donations will be paid on all football season tickets in addition to the face value of the season ticket.– Anticipated ‘loyalty price and renewal season ticket price’ target resale value of approximately ~10%below public season ticket price.– May have opportunities purchase of other sports including:o Men’s and women’s basketball season and single game ticketso Single game football ticketso Postseason tickets– Option to sell select single game tickets as part of a consignment or revenue share model for select athletics events.– Ability to process payments for all tickets purchased from university.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
