General work description: The County of Orange (County), Office of Care Coordination hereby invites qualified Proposers to submit a Proposal to provide a Homelessness Prevention and Stabilization Pilot (HPSP) Program. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an opportunity to allow qualified Proposers to present Proposals that will assist the County in operating and managing the HPSP Program, by partnering with the County in the form of an actual cost contract.
