(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate services to the government authority located in Douglas, CO.  – Commercial real estate transactions, preferably commercial real estate transactions located in the county markets.– Property disposition strategy and planning analyse district portfolio and business objectives to determine the best and highest use for district properties and recommend the best disposition strategy based on this.– Marketing develop market strategy as and if requested, including but not limited to listing platforms, broker outreach, buyer targeting, and public marketing.– Due diligence and closing facilitate property inspections, coordinate with legal and escrow teams,and assist in tracking milestones to a successful closing.– property dispositions and acquisitions, preferably disposition and acquisition of land and facilities used for institutional uses and for public entity clients.– Closing management manage the transaction process from initial negotiations through to closing, ensuring all legal, financial, and administrative requirements are met.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10 ,2026.
