TELCOM-2997 - USA (Tampa, Florida) - Voice Telecommunications Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide voice telecommunications services to the government authority located in Tampa, FL. – Include all setup, installation, charges per usage, taxes, fees, and standard monthly charges.– Project Coordinator may be assigned to oversee all assigned work for adherence to projected schedules, as well as the quality of work from the start date through the project’s completion.– All services shall be approved by the project coordinator.– all work modifications require written approval by the project coordinator.– No work shall proceed until authorized by the project coordinator and the contractor has received a from the appropriate maintenance department, and purchase order from procurement services.– An estimator shall meet with the project coordinator to evaluate conditions and provide a no–cost estimate for services based upon the board–approved proposal rates.– At times, meet the project coordinator at the worksite, at no cost, to verify information, requirements, make recommendations, or verify specifications.– All services shall be provided utilizing the best repair considerations for each project.– Contractor shall be responsible for the determination of the appropriate materials quantities for each project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
