(1) Vendor needs to provide demolition and clearance service to the government authority located in Milpitas, CA.– Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, equipment, supplies, materials, permits, travel, trafficcontrol, and incidentals necessary to provide demolition and clearance services to Caltrans– Cubic Yard: All labor, tools, parts, equipment, supplies, materials, permits, fees, travel, and incidentals necessary for asbestos disposal (Quantity shown on Disposal Site Manifest)– Linear Foot: All labor, tools, parts, equipment, supplies, materials, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary for asbestos removal of pipe lagging, insulation flues, ducts, and duct connectors(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026(4) Optional Pre–bid Site Inspection will be held on July 28, 2026
