(1) Vendor needs to provide managed business process support services. – The successful service provider must provide professional, well–managed, high quality, timely and reliable services.– Validation/verification of applicant data against established criteria.– Verification of documents through third–party checks (e.g. universities, employers).– Update the electronic system, upload necessary documentation, and set appropriate status of applications.– Consistent communication and reporting through scheduled meetings.– Change management and contingency planning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
