Vendor needs to provide go–to–market strategy develop and execute service. – Support the development, execution, and performance management of the 96 packaged eServices Go to Market programme.– Creative Development & Content Production– The appointed bidder will develop a comprehensive Go to Market strategy and campaign framework, including: • Development of a campaign strategy and rollout plan covering all campaign bundles. • Definition of audience segmentation and targeting frameworks. • Development of messaging architecture across all campaign bundles. • Design of an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) framework across digital, ATL and BTL channels. • Development of a campaign governance, execution and coordination plan.– Copywriting Messaging Deliverables • Development of advertorial and long–form content. • Development of brochure, leaflet and campaign copy. • Development of landing page and microsite copy. • Development of promotional video scripts. • Development of campaign messaging toolkits.– The appointed bidder will support the development and management of digital campaign platforms, including: • Development of service landing pages. • Development of microsites where required. • Setup and execution of email marketing campaigns. • Implementation of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). • Setup and management of Paid media campaign (excluding media spend).– Digital Media • Execution of Social media campaign • Management of Content distribution and amplification
