(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression system including repairs to above–ground lines and sprinkler heads ensure the continuous protection of airport facilities and compliance with fire safety standards to the government authority located in St. Thomas, VI.1. Emergency Response and DiagnosisO Respond to emergency service calls to identify and assess leaks or system failures.O Perform on–site inspections to determine the location, severity, and cause of leaks or damage.O Coordinate repair activities with CEKA Maintenance and Operations staff to minimize disruptions.2. Pipe and Line RepairsO Repair or replace damaged sprinkler piping in sizes ranging from:▪ 12–inch▪ 6–inch▪ 4–inch▪ 3–inch▪ 2–inch– Sprinkler Head Replacement and AdjustmentO Repair, replace, or adjust damaged or malfunctioning sprinkler heads.O Ensure new sprinkler heads are properly installed, leveled, and matched to the system specifications for flow rate and coverage
