(1) Vendor needs to provide probate investigation services to the government authority located in Yolo, CA.– Conducts investigations concerning guardianship and conservatorship petitions and prepares required written reports with recommendations to the court.– Investigations and recommendations concerning proposed guardianships.– Investigations and recommendations concerning proposed conservatorships.– Investigations and recommendations concerning change of residence for conservatee.– Investigations and recommendations concerning petitions to terminate guardianships.– Annual and thereafter biennial reviews concerning conservatorships.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17,2026.
