(1) Vendor needs to provide digital and social media communications support services. • Services include communications strategy and content planning, copywriting, graphic design, photography and video production, social media account management and audience engagement and performance analytics and reporting. • Develop social media and branding guidance and assist agency with digital communications.• Provide comprehensive support for designing, developing, implementing, executing, maintaining and assessing the digital and social media communications program for the Office of the Mayor and assist in other related media and public information initiatives. • The primary responsibilities include digital and social media content planning, development, copywriting, graphic design, video filming/editing/production and management of digital projects from inception to completion across all platforms.• Secondary responsibilities may include supporting other press and communications initiatives, asneeded and based on the proposer’s experience and qualifications. • Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and social media communications program and engagement strategy.• Content creation: Develop, design and produce compelling and engaging digital communications and social media content (e.g. copy, graphics, infographics, videos, emails/newsletters, etc.) tailored for multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including the ability to shoot and edit high–quality video content.• Account monitoring, analytics and growth: Monitor and manage the agency social media accounts as well as audience interaction and engagement – and react and respond accordingly, as needed.• Press and communications: Draft high–quality written materials including media advisories, press releases, and other related documents, as needed.– Support the planning, development and execution of press conferences, media availabilities, press interviews, community events and other stakeholder engagements, as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
