Vendor needs to provide network–based public address, paging, bell and emergency notification system to the government authority located in KS.– Contractors for the design, furnishing, installation, configuration, testing, training, and support of an IP–based public address, paging, bell, and emergency notification system.– Project is to replace and supplement existing traditional analog public–address systems with a modern network–based audio platform utilizing the Ethernet infrastructure.– System shall provide reliable and intelligible voice communication throughout classrooms, offices, corridors, common areas, gymnasiums, cafeterias, outdoor areas, and other designated spaces.– Axis communications network audio platform.– Provide automated school bell and tone scheduling.– Provide prerecorded announcements.– Support emergency and priority announcements.– Allow administrators to establish flexible paging zones without physical rewiring.– Utilize standard ethernet and power over ethernet wherever practical.– Provide centralized monitoring and management of audio endpoints.– Allow integration with existing SIP/VoIP telephone systems.
