(1) Vendor needs to provide IT change processes independent audit service to the government authority located in Santa Clara, CA. • Conduct a focused 4–week audit of the –change lifecycle and deliver: – Clear identification of contributing factors to recent outages– Practical, actionable recommendations– A proposed implementation approach tailored for agency– KPIs to measure process effectiveness and reduce unplanned downtime• Scope of the audit:– Change definition: Establish criteria for identifying changes with high operational impact.– End–to–end process review: Evaluate how changes are initiated, validated, approved, implemented, and logged.– Incident pattern analysis: Analyze outages from the last 60 days for recurring process failures.– Governance and tooling review: Assess change–tracking tools and the planned change roster.– Organizational readiness: Evaluate skill levels, accountability expectations, and adherence to processes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
