(1) Vendor needs to provide IT penetration testing services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– IT Penetration Testing Services designed to simulate real–world attacks and evaluate the effectiveness.– Provide services in accordance with industry standards including but not limited to: OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project).• Reconnaissance and enumeration. • Vulnerability identification. • Exploitation and privilege escalation. • Lateral movement (internal testing). • Impact analysis. • Validation of findings. • No intentional system outages or data deletion.– All testing shall use IP addresses registered and approved by the Agency.
