(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call traffic signal and preventative maintenance and repairs services to the government authority located in Villa Rica, GA. – Provide on–call traffic signal maintenance/repairs and preventative maintenance services for all agency–owned traffic signals and related Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure. • Emergency repairs:– Red–red flash– Dark intersections– Knockdowns– Vehicle damage– Cabinet failures• Preventative maintenance:– Cabinets– Controller– Conflict monitor– Detection• Annual testing:– Conflict monitor testing– Cabinet voltage testing– Ground resistance testing• Signal timing support:– Timing adjustments– Coordination updates– Time–of–day programming• Construction support:– Temporary signal operation– Signal shut–downs– Signal relocations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
