(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Niceville, FL.• Design and construction drawings and specifications that incorporate the necessary subconsultantdisciplines such as environmental, engineering, structural, surveying, and any other that will be required.• Provide office space and classrooms for workforce innovation programs.• Built in 1969, the building consists of two floors with a total of approximately 17,600 gross square feet (GSF).• Support bidding, the College currently anticipates that the remodeled space would include several general use classrooms, office space, conference rooms, multiuse space, and support elements, such as restrooms and storage closets.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
