The applicable NAICS code is 335999, PSC 6130. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). Powerstar, Inc. is the OEM for these items, maintains proprietary rights, and is the only vendor who can ensure 100% compatibility with fielded systems once repair is complete.This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than fifteen (15) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
