(1) Vendor needs to provide thanksgiving meal catering services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– The contractor will furnish all food, beverages, service personnel, serving and holding equipment, single–service dining ware, replenishment, cleanup, and waste disposal to safely and efficiently serve an appreciation meal for 2,500 individuals.– Catering Services for Thanksgiving / Employee Appreciation Meal (Approximately 2,500 patrons; Option A: Traditional Thanksgiving or Option B: Novelty BBQ/Roast with secondary meat choice.– Staffing and Logistics Plan: The offeror must provide an operational staffing plan detailing supervisory structure, number of serving lines, replenishment flow, and bussing/sanitation crew.– Traditional Thanksgiving Meal• Primary Entrée: Roasted sliced turkey (breast and dark meat options).• Accompaniments & Sides:o Savory stuffing / dressingo Mashed potatoes with gravyo Seasonal hot vegetable side dishes (e.g., green beans, glazed carrots, or corn)– Novelty Appreciation Meal (BBQ / Roast)• Primary Entrée: Barbecue or roast meat (e.g., slow–roasted barbecue pork, brisket, or whole pig roast).• Secondary Meat Entrée: At least one mandatory secondary meat choice (e.g., smoked chicken, beef roast, carved turkey breast).• Vegetarian / Plant–Based Entrée: A hearty vegetarian or vegan entrée (e.g., barbecue jackfruit, black bean patties, or roasted seasonal vegetable platter).(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
