(1) Vendor needs to provide watch personnel and related services to the government authority located in Arkansas. – Fire watch services are intended to protect life safety, property, and continuity of operations whenever fire protection systems are impaired, or conditions exist that require more continuousmonitoring for fire hazards.– The quality, manner of service, and the economy of price to the consumer are the primary considerations, which must be satisfactory and subject to the supervision and controlof the University. (2) The contract period will be for five year.
