Description
The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) wishes to enter into a Service Contract with one or more qualified vendors that can complete roofing installation for 8 School Sites by September 30, 2023. The Contract for Roofing Installation of these 8 sites will include the labor and materials, for the term of the contract. The contractor shall furnish all required labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete, in the time frame established by the District, all work defined under this scope of work and work specifications. The contractor will utilize experienced workmen, while providing full-time supervision at all times, with all roofing installation and repairs being completed in a professional manner.
