– Vendor needs to provide orientation, mobility consultative and teaching services to the government authority located in Beckley, WV. – Providers for orientation and mobility consultation and teaching services.– Provider is retained and employed by the board for screening, assessment, IEP development, consultative services, and other related activities as specified by the board.– Provide the board with current documentation verifying provider is certified in orientation and mobility and visual impairment and qualified to conduct evaluations for visual impairment and orientation and mobility.– Complete the appropriate evaluations and Individual Education Plan (IEP) services as indicated on the evaluation referral form and IEP required.– Provide evaluations as determined by IEP team.– Interpret test results.– Recommend educational recommendations synthesized on the results of observations, knowledge of background information, and assessment results.
