EXTRA-75607 - USA (Orange, California) - Interstate 405 Corridor Plan Service - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide interstate 405 corridor plan service to the government authority located in Orange, CA.• The Plan will serve as a policy–driven and performance–based planning document that identifies transportation needs, develops candidate transportation improvements, establishes project eligibility requirements, and creates a transparent evaluation and prioritization framework for future transportation investments within the 405 Corridor Investment Zone.– The Consultant shall prepare the Plan in a manner that:• Supports implementation of the 405 Express Lanes Excess Toll Revenue Framework;• Identifies transportation deficiencies and opportunities within the corridor;• Develops a multimodal inventory of candidate transportation improvements;• Establishes project eligibility and evaluation criteria;• Creates a transparent and defensible project review and prioritization process;• Solicits and addresses community input, as appropriate,• Supports future agency Board decision–making regarding transportation investments; and• Incorporates applicable elements of statewide corridor planning guidance whereappropriate.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
