(1) Vendor needs to provide energy management software.– Deliver a fully functional energy management software (EMS) platform capable of centralizing all municipal utility accounts across electricity, water, and natural gas.– Provide initial administrator and end–user training, training materials, and ongoing support documentation at implementation.– Creating an interface that will ensure compatibility and data exchange with existing city infrastructure.– Graphical dashboards that display: consumption trends, cost analysis, facility comparisons.– Forecasting tools that use historical data and predictive analytics to support budgeting planning.– Provide emergency technical support for critical system outages or failures outside normal business hours.– Track progress toward energy reduction and cost savings.– Platform shall allow users to export reports and raw data in commonly used formats including PDF, Excel, and CSV.– Create, track, and manage energy efficiency in projects.– Set goals and performance metrics for each initiative.– Implement an automated solution that improves energy monitoring, operational efficiency, and long‑term sustainability planning.– Platform must automatically integrate with the utility provider’s billing systems, allowing real‑time access to consumption data and historical usage trends.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
