Vendor needs to provide tax incentives and grants administration solution modernization service. – Agency seeks information from vendors on their vision and recommendations regarding a more modern and manageable solution that supports organizational efficiencies and provides ongoing functionality for the state agency and external users.• Ability to integrate with required external data sourceswith flexibility to add others as needed.• Role based access controls ensuring users only see and perform actions appropriate to their permissions. • Tools to generate and export user friendly reports. • Ability for agency staff to easily add, update, or remove program information. • System generated electronic notifications for internal staff and external stakeholders.• Create program applications and required documents.• Verify eligibility, perform due diligence, and track progress.• Review and score applications and generate notices (e.g., approval, denial, intent).– Communication & Contact Management• Create accounts and link up to at least six contacts. • Record engagements and track opportunities. • Support mass communications and public announcements. • Allow users to upload documents, draft responses, and route items for approval. • Flag information as confidential when required.– Data & Search Capabilities• Robust search tools and the ability to query data by various parameters. • Perform calculations on collected information.– Mobile Access• Ability to view and edit information on mobile devices (smartphone or tablet).
