(1) Vendor needs to provide operations and communications coordinator services.• The operations and communications coordinator provides professional administrative, operational, and communications support to the city manager and deputy city manager. • Serving as a strategic partner, this position coordinates cross–department initiatives, manages organizational priorities, oversees public communications, coordinates and maintains vendor information and leads special projects that advance the city's strategic goals.• The coordinator serves as a liaison between city departments, elected officials, residents, businesses, vendors, and community organizations while ensuring projects remain on schedule, communication is timely and accurate, and organizational initiatives are successfully implemented.(2) This is not RFP; this is job posting.
