EXTRA-72128 - USA (Wailuku, Hawaii) - Climate Action Resiliency Plan Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide climate action resiliency plan service to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.     – Climate Action plan, and is seeking responses from qualified professional consultants, firms, and organizations to build upon and update the climate action and resiliency plan (CARP), translated.– The work consists of using strategies and actions that have been developed using input from the community, agencies, and other public and private partners in the form of review committees to reduce the Maui Nui’s climate–change contributions and build local resilience to climate impacts.– The plan must be consistent with and complementary to the goals, objectives, and policies in the countywide policy plan on minimizing the impacts of climate change and working toward resilience.– Protect, restore, and sustainably manage the natural environment for current and future generations.    – Inventory and reduce local greenhouse–gas emissions to achieve net–negative emissions.– Optimize resiliency within local communities.– Cultivate local cultural practices rooted in ecological knowledge and values.– Advance social equity and community inclusion.– Facilitate a circular economy.– Sustainably address current and future infrastructure needs.(2) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 08, 2026.
