(1) Vendor needs to provide la costa ave pedestrian project services to the government authority located in Encinitas, CA.– Requires the removal of existing encroaching private improvements and landscaping within the right–of–way as necessary.– Construct new ADA curb ramps and retaining wall, replace driveways, adjust and relocate utilities, and install a modular wetland.– Perform re–striping within the south side of la costa ave to move the existing bike lane south to replace the existing pedestrian path within the street pavement adjacent to the existing ac berm and convert the old bike lane into a bike lane buffer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
