(1) Vendor needs to provide waste and recycling collection services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.• Front load collection of wheeled containers• Self–contained compactors (JAA owned)• Roll–off containers• Collection vehicles• Driver and any required labor• Removal of solid waste• Disposal in an approved landfill, incinerator or transfer station• Recycling• Provide containers for the collection of glass, plastic, cans, cardboard and metal recycling(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026. (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
