(1) Vendor needs to provide project management consultant services to the government authority located in New York, NY. – Provide project management, administration, inspection, and support services in support of a construction contract for flood mitigation and drainage enhancements.– The consultant shall manage, oversee, and support the construction of a perimeter barrier around the yard in the form of floodwalls, gates, and backflow prevention at utilities in and out of the yard; and designing and constructing a new drainage system within the yard. (2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
