(1) Vendor needs to provide canine candidates service to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – Provide fixed pricing for untrained retriever dog breeds.– Provide fixed pricing for untrained herding dog breeds.– Provide a current international health certificate for each untrained service canine candidate.– Provide documentation that a certified veterinarian verified that each untrained service canine candidate is cancer free and are deemed to have good to excellent hips and spine.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
