SW-117300 - USA (Maryland) - Automated Speed Monitoring Program System - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide automated speed monitoring program system to the government authority located in Maryland.– System will consist of synchronized cameras capable of accurately capturing images, and storing violation data.– Utilize high–resolution cameras, intelligent image processing software, and secure storage capabilities to accurately identify and track vehicles that violate speed laws, even under challenging conditions such as low–light and high–traffic scenarios. – Supply and installation of a complete and functioning speed monitoring system at each of the designated locations.– Provision of a robust, fully web–enabled, and fully secure citation processing system that includes data processing, initial screening of data, prompt delivery of data for violation review and citation authorization, citation mailing, and bad address notification.– Both English and Spanish shall be used for customer interaction wherever possible, including for online citation and payment portals, and customer service phone support.– Provide a secure online portal for customer citation review, payment, and dispute processing.– Send follow–up letters and flag vehicle registrations through the state for violators who fail to pay their citations.– Monitor the designated locations, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.– Includes digital camera systems capable of digital still photography for capturing and validating speed violations and installation and conversion at all currently active existing speed camera sites.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
