(1) Vendor needs to provide veterans inpatient substance use treatment services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.• 24/7 supervised residential care.• Evidence based treatment modalities such as CBT, MI, trauma informed care.• Service delivery to court supervised or justice involved populations.• Vendor must maintain adequate liability insurance, including professionalliability and general liability coverage and provide proof upon request.• Texas residential treatment facility licensure• Substance–use treatment program certification• Vendor must show capacity to provide requested services at the volume required by the Specialty Courts, including timely scheduling, adequate staffing, and reliable turnaround times for progress reports.• Reports must be delivered via secure electronic means.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
